使い方：指先で容器から少量のバームを取ったあと、手の平につけて両手を優しくすり合わせるようにして伸ばし、柔らかくしてから優しくお肌に塗り込んでください。

How to use:
Use the back of your fingernail to remove a small amount of balm from the pot. Transfer to the palm of your other hand and rub gently to soften before rubbing gently into skin. We recommend spot testing before applying to sensitive areas.
